Key responsibilities
- Supports the Integration Implementation on validating requirements by conducting module test, integration test for the new system functions
- Executes test plans and validate test cases based on customer requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
- Implements and monitors test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance and quality of the customer requirements.
- Identify and assist in remedying defects to ensure customer requirement is met during the testing process and is fully functional
- Support the hyper care after system/business go live by doing investigation on customer complaints and product issues
- Follow the Agile/Scrum methodology
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in technology or business analysis positions, or experience from Technical support roles is preferred
- On-hand Experience of Agile/Scrum Methodology and JIRA system is preferred
- Analytical skills with ability to think logically and in structured approach
- Can effectively communicate with internal business users in both the business and technical setting
- Self-motivated and able to drive effective collaboration virtually and remotely;
- Fast Learner
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
