In this way we offer our Clients two flexible methods to structure our engagement.

  • We may work with our Client to take management responsibility for a specific deliverable or streams or work within a program. In this engagement model we review the progress of the delivery with our Client to ensure the services we provide remain relevant and aligned with the Client’s strategic objectives.
  • Alternatively we may also engage with Clients to provide end to end delivery accountability for a deliverable or streams of work. In this engagement model we agree the acceptance terms for the deliverables and will develop a core project delivery team which may comprise of professional teams from Advance Delivery Consulting as well as Client human resources and 3rd party suppliers engaged under contract with the Client. This engagement model allows the delivery teams to propose cost effective resourcing models combining onshore and offshore professionals to deliver cost effective delivery options to our Clients.

In either model our Clients are assured that the quality, governance and delivery alignment with their strategic goals will be monitored and governed by the portfolio management teams at Advance Delivery Consulting to ensure delivery success.
